Why do Catholics think that animals do not have souls.

Do animals have souls according to the bible. It is raised in power. The Bible states that both man Genesis 27 and animals Genesis 130. The fact that animals have no souls doesnt mean they cant be in Heaven the Bible says that we humans have both bodies and souls and animals have justbodies.
